Roofing + Construction Apprentice
Status: Full Time
Pay Rate: Starting at $25.00/hr (DOE)
Experience Required: Experience is helpful but not required. You'll be fully trained on the job.
Description: Are you interested in expanding your roofing and construction experience? Learn the trade (no experience necessary!) from a seasoned pro as a Roofing and Construction Apprentice. You'll get thorough on-the-job training in all aspects of roofing and have the opportunity to get hands-on experience in numerous other construction trades as well. You'll learn roofing, decking, floor installation, and various aspects of construction. This position is intended to transition into a Lead role with the company in the future. Ready to start a flourishing construction career in the in-demand trades of the expanding Flathead Valley? Combined with your positive attitude, professionalism, and dedication, this training will provide you with in-demand skills, expertise, and techniques to solidify job security in these uncertain times. This industry is booming, and it's never been a better time to master a craft!
Opportunity for growth: This role is intended to transition into a Lead Role (if desired) with the company in the future. Of course, this will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to skill level, work performance, communication, punctuality, proven responsibility, professionalism, and more. Physical requirements: This position requires frequent bending, stooping, twisting, heavy-lifting, exposure to extreme temperatures, climbing ladders with and without weight, working at heights, kneeling, working with hand and power tools, etc.
General Laborer
Status: Full Time or Part Time ~ Flexible
Pay Rate: Starting at $22.00/hr (DOE)
Experience Required: Experience is helpful but not required. You'll be fully trained on the job.
Description: General labor help with roofing and small construction projects. You'll work with a small, tight-knit crew and tasks will vary by day. You'll help with roofing, decking, floor-installation, and other small construction trades as needed and instructed. This position is flexible to be full or part time, though adherence to scheduled hours is required.

The level of growth is determined by interest and performance.
